User Guide

1. Sign up and choose your fighter name.

2. Select interest tags to get character recommendations.

3. You receive 50 free tokens on signup.

4. Log in daily to claim 20 additional free tokens.

Select a character to see their profile. Read the world setting and character introduction.

Set your persona name and introduction in the "My Info" tab.

Click "Start Conversation" to begin chatting.

Message formatting:

*asterisks* → narration/actions (italic style)

"quotes" → dialogue (speech bubble)

Mix both: *clenches fist* "Let's go." *raises guard*

Change AI model from the chat header:

GPT-4o Mini — Fast & economical (1 token)

Claude Haiku — Natural conversation (1 token)

GPT-4o Premium — Best quality (3 tokens)

FightChat tracks combat in real-time.

Combat status panel shows:

❤️ HP — Health. KO at 0

⚡ Stamina — Affects punch power

🛡 Guard — Defense. Low = guard break

🧠 Mental — Recovery after knockdown

How to attack:

Describe specific attacks. e.g. "I drive an uppercut into the body"

Specifying body parts applies cumulative damage.

Use intensity words like "combo", "relentless", "full power" for more damage.

On mobile, tap ⚔️ in the header to open combat panel.

After KO, choose "Rematch" or "New Chat".

Each character has hidden images.

How to unlock images:

1. Keywords — Use specific words during chat to trigger image appearance

2. Affection — Deepen your bond with the character for automatic unlocks

3. Milestones — Reach certain message counts to unlock

4. Tokens — Click locked images in the mini gallery to unlock instantly with tokens

Public images (0 token cost): Visible from the start.

Locked images: Blurred until unlocked via methods above.

Unlocked images are collected in the "Gallery" menu.

Click unlocked images during chat to change the main illustration.

Your affection score increases as you chat with characters.

Affection levels:

0-19 — Stranger

20-39 — Acquainted

40-59 — Friendly

60-79 — Close Bond

80-100 — Soulbound

Higher affection unlocks:

Characters become more open and share secrets.

Hidden images may unlock automatically.

Character attitude and speech patterns change.

Tokens are FightChat's currency.

How to earn tokens:

50 free tokens on signup

20 free tokens daily (claim in Tokens menu)

Purchase in Token Shop ($4.99 - $19.99)

Token usage:

Chat — 1-3 tokens per message (varies by AI model)

Image unlock — Unlock locked images instantly with tokens

Character creation — 50 tokens to publish a new character

Token balance is always shown at the top of the screen.

Anyone can create characters!

Step 1 — Basic Settings:

Character name, gender, tagline

World Setting — describe the character's world

Character Introduction — appearance, personality, speech, combat, background (template available)

Secret — info revealed at higher affection

First Message — write an immersive opening with *narration* and "dialogue"

Example Messages — important data for AI to learn speech style (2-3 recommended)

Visibility, category, tags
